What We Do

The Ink Space is a journal-focused healing space where we write and discuss the truths of healing. 

We crave honesty and showing up as raw as we can. We know it is not easy to deal with all the excessive thoughts coming in, having a busy schedule, and with that, not being happy where you are. Everything around can feel so hardwired, and built up to be on automatic because that’s the system we live in. And our most precious time is the one when we are at peace with ourselves when we might be looking at a beautiful sunset view or the ocean’s horizon. We know that it’s easier to distract ourselves from the difficult stuff that is urging to be heard inside.
But now we ask you, will you permit yourself to feel your valid emotions?
